Upon entering the property, the grand entrance paves the way to ultimate class and sophistication and it is clear to see that the interior is every bit as stylish as the exterior suggests. The villa has 4 bedrooms and the master bedroom is located on the 1st floor where it is elegantly styled and decorated in a way that keeps it minimal and Chic. The master bedroom has phenomenal views from the private sun terrace that offers that little bit of extra tranquillity when needed. There is an en-suite bathroom that comes with a bath and walk in shower. The three twin bedrooms are all located on the ground floor and all offer the same high quality finish as the rest of the property and they also give access to the garden. En-suite bathrooms are also on offer here. The kitchen is luxurious and spacious with plenty of work top space for preparing and cooking. The centre island really gives the kitchen a focal point and the high gloss units give a modern feel. The appliances on offer cover all requirements ranging from an American fridge freezer, cooker and hob and a coffee machine. The pool and gardens can be easily accessed through the kitchen bringing everything together in a neat and clever way. A separate utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large, open plan dining room and sitting room is finished to a very high standard with spotlights in the ceiling highlighting each and every detail of the room.
